This site describes services we offer, including the AI Opportunity Audit, websites, AI answering and follow-up systems, booking automation, ongoing partner engagements, and fixed-quote projects. Descriptions, features, and pricing on this site are for information and may change. Any engagement is governed by the written agreement or order we provide at the time, which takes precedence over this site.
Guarantees
Where this site describes a guarantee, such as the 45-day money-back guarantee on Starting Point systems and the Ever Line, the applicable terms are the ones set out in writing in your service agreement at the time you sign up. Guarantees apply only to the services and periods described there; partner engagements and fixed-quote projects are not covered by the money-back guarantee. Audit fees are credited toward services as described in your agreement.
No promise of specific results
Figures on this site described as targets, examples, or illustrations are exactly that. Business results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, capacity, and follow-through, and we do not promise any specific revenue, booking, or lead outcome except as expressly stated in a written agreement.

Intellectual property
The Everline name, logo, and the content and design of this site belong to Everline Solutions. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Third-party services
The site may link to or embed third-party services, such as our booking calendar. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Everline is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing here limits the terms of a signed service agreement.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.
